OK for the 2 stroke engines I'm going to first purchase the electric
adapter to the weedwacker which should help my arm (should have just bought
the elect weed wacker to begin with). Then I'll try 4d40 as mentioned after
the 20th pull on the chain saw if that doesn't work I'm going to kill the
rubber parts with ether. I love how the ether (starting fluid) works but I
totally understand how it would dry out the diaphragms I now know why my 10
yr old lawn mower diaphragm dried out but I have no problem starting it
with the new air filter off and push the gas prime bubble a lot more then
4x and she starts. I think I need to understand small engines a bit more to
properly care for them because they shouldn't require 20 or more pulls to
start do they? Both the weedwacker and chainsaw were new when I purchased
them and both a PITA to start. As I recall they get more difficult to start
between use such as weeks, maybe I need to contact the manufacturer to
properly store them but I do recall multiple posts regarding the fail to
start on the saw and it's American which doesn't mean made in America.

Looking at the genny instructions I pull the choke leaver out then pull I
tried that yesterday and 5 pulls no start then again ether and starts. I'm
disgusted that I have to do that each time.
