Listen, kids - understanding "why" is very much the point of the article. Th=
ings are better when there is a purpose, a vision. When we did the Busterclu=
ster, the "why" was never "To restore this Sprite."  It was "Pam and Buster w=
ill recreate their first date on Sunday in this car." Microsoft brought its Z=
une MP3 player to market before the iPod and spouted specs, memory, size and=
 sound quality in all its advertising. No one really paid attention because t=
hey did not explain "why."  Apple came out with the iPad and simply stated "=
4,000 songs on your pocket." Everyone got it.=20
