 OK, I was wrong again.=C2=A0 I have the wires and fuel lines hooked up cor=
rectly.=C2=A0 I thought I had the black wire going to ground until I got un=
der the car and saw the black wire to ground had a red stripe.=C2=A0 The ot=
her wire was all black and went to power.=C2=A0 So everything is hooked up =
correctly for a positive ground car, but it is still not drawing fuel from =
the tank.=C2=A0 The only original parts in this system now is a small porti=
on of steel fuel line that exits the tank for the pickup in the new fuel ta=
nk, the steel fuel line that runs from the output side of the pump.=C2=A0 I=
t is connected to the pump with a short piece of rubber fuel line..=C2=A0 T=
hat original steel line then runs under the car to the engine compartment a=
nd connects to the single HIF44 carb with a piece of flexible line.=C2=A0 T=
here is a filter installed in this flexible hose line.=C2=A0 There is also =
a filter cut into the flexible line just before the "in" connection of the =
pump coming from the tank.=C2=A0 Still no fuel draw.=C2=A0 It's not a weak =
battery.=C2=A0 I charged it all night on a float charger.=C2=A0 Does the EC=

ge and lay down on the floor to take a look.=C2=A0 What I found had me goin=
