I need a bit of advice.

I've stumbled accross a guy who has a Tieger (MK I) and an Alpine (MK
V, I believe) that he wants to sell. The tiger is a basket case. The
original engine and transmission are gone and it looks like the last
owner tried (and failed miserably) to install a 351 with an automatic
transmission.

The suspension, rear-end, and steering gear all for the Tiger appear
to be there, including the JAL and Chassis plates.. All body panels are
there, but rusty. Both cars have been outdoors (covered) for several
years. I didn't get a chance to look closely at the alpine, but I
unerstand that most of it is there, too.

In addition, he has a pair of rust-free tiger doors, and a complete
tiger winshield/frame assembly in good shape.

What's the package worth? If I buy it, I'm going to have to find a
place to store it, since my wife won't let it anywhere near our house!
My tiger is about 95% original, and my thought is that with the spares,
I could get it to 100% and keep it going for good while. Thoughts,
suggestions, or comments will be appreciated.

Joe
