Are you lucky. While these are not the almost impossible to get Tiger
rivets, I do recognize them from your description. They are available at
Trader Joe's for only $2.99/half dozen. They are made from high quality
steel and are securely mounted to the top of round metal containers.
These containers are further protected in a decorative carrying case.
Just pull up on the ring you described and the "Snake" original rivet
comes easily to hand. You might even want to empty the metal container
into some handy orifice for temporary storage.
