        Who's the L.A. Attorney here...Isn't it Steve Layfman (sorry if I
misspelled it)?  Can't we have him draft up a non-litigation contract legal
in all fifty states?  So that some of these parts can be produced?  Must be
tested on the manufactures own car(s) first of course...
