Tigers,
In a sudden urge for creativity, I recently posted an e-mail concerning the
Daimler-Chrysler merger. In rereading what I had sent, it is
apparent that the "jest" was demeaning of a fine company, country, and people.
My usual humor is not intentionally directed at any group, or individual, other
than myself. In this instance I have erred. I want to personally apologize for
any affront given to a fine people, country and
company. It is even more unlike my actual attitude, in that I have owned 2
Porsches, a Mercedes, and VW I still drive.
To any and all, whether they were personally offended or not, I sincerely
apologize.
