I understand some "Kiwis" do.

The Scotch are using lamb.  Funny thing, though.  All the cars are covered from
the same lamb.  How do they do that?

The British use Connoly Hide.  Nice looking stuff, and soft as butter.  Never
tasted Connoly, myself.  Wonder if it's "gamey"?

I have heard of goat skin used in Greece and the Middle East.  Sounds itchy.
