My understanding is you shouldn't expect to see any Tigers at the Monterey
Historics. HMSA is the sanctioning body and no car gets in unless: 1. It is an
authentic race car from pre '68 (unless Formula Cars, which go into the '70s,
or some special class i.e. Trans Am) with verifiable history 2. Steve Earle
likes you, in which case disregard item 1. The only Tigers which would make
the cut would be the Doane Spencer car, the Shelby B prod car and the Le Mans
Tigers + some of the other Sunbeams which were originally campaigned in the
'60s.
