I am a recent addition to the tiger owners community. 3-4 months. I got
a flat (right front) and barely made it home last nite. Tire went flat
shortly after I garaged the car. Nail. Tires are Goodyear sports car
special 5.00 x13. Nylon. Old. Won't take a patch well. No tubes readily
available at the local "America's Tire Store". I now have an excellent
hunk of rawhide stuck in a hole in my tire which seems to be doing a
fair job of keeping the air in this tire. "Norm, If you read this, I
finally got under this car. Nice exhaust system. I'll send you all the
numbers I can find. It's up on stands right now. I'll get the
differential number in the morning. That is one of the ones you want
isn't it. Anyway the tires need replacing. Any tips on good tires and
which where to order them. I would like tires rated or overrated for
the cars performance. Right now the car needs plugs so Grand Auto
specials would probably do. Any tips would be appreciated.
