You can check with guru Miller if you like (or read his book), but despite
what several owners have claimed, the Jensen ledgers confirm that there were
NO MK I's built with 289's.

What do you mean 289 badges? Again, check Norm's book for the 4 types of
badges that appeared on Tigers.  There were no 289 badges, not even for MK
II's, although CAT made some from thin aluminum a while back that you could
insert over your factory badge.
