Look for bolts marked "auto" or "tr" on the heads.
I need to go look at my engine; didn't recall a "lower" bolt, thought
they were left and right, at about the same height, and both d*mn hard
to get to. BTW, if I were you, and you mentioned pulling the manifold
for the job, I'd install the thermostat & housing while the manifold
(stand it up on end) was still out of the car, then pop the
manifold/thermostat/housing assembly in place together.
