Thanks for that tip; cannot imagine anyone wanting anything rattling
around in the sills forever. Perhaps threading a bread tie or other
piece of wire through one of the holes in the plate as a "safety
harness" is a _really_ good idea. If nobody steps forward with a donor
plate, mebbe I'll try a longer bolt to allow a nut on the backside.
