Hello Everyone:
Finally picked up my Alpine today after much cash and aggravation
infusion and it runs great. I'll post the details to the Alpine list
over the weekend.
In the meantime, if the Alpine goes to SUNI it will be towed this year
since Carrie the CAT dog will be too hot in an un-air conditioned car.
(The AC is going to have to wait until the fall for installation). I've
been offered the use of a tow "dolly" but I'd much prefer to rent a flat
bed for the trip so that two wheels are not on the ground for the 1200
mile each way trip. Does anyone know of a good source in the Los
Angeles/San Fernando Valley area to reasonably rent a flat bed for the
two weeks up and back to SUNI? So far, the best I've gotten is something
like $40 a day!
