Hi Tigers,
I'm fairly new to the list, and I've seen a lot of good advice and tips. I'm
looking for some (a lot of) advice and guidance. I am planning to restore my
'67 Tiger II that has been sitting in my garage for the past 20 years or so.
I am going to have the engine pulled and rebuilt. I am sure a lot of
additional stuff needs to be done to make a safe daily driving car out of it.
The following list is what I have thought of so far. If you can think of
anything else, please let me know.
Replace engine mounts, hoses, & belts.
Replace clutch parts.
Brake system - turn down drums & rotors. Replace wheel cylinders, replace
brake hoses.
Rebuild or replace fuel pump.
Tires. (The old ones look OK, but I am not sure.)
Where is a good source or two for the parts I need?
