If your leather is pristine, but dry, do not use just a cleaner/ 
conditioner;  go with a leather restoration product first.  I learned this 
once the hard way.

assessment of these newer options versus the old standby Connolly Hide Food.

The "wax buildup" described in the Ferrari FAQ that occurs with some 
conditioners has another downside in that it will create a film on the 
windows during very hot weather.  I found the more I cared for my seats 
during the hot Texas summers, the more I had to wash the insides of my car 
windows.
