Sounds like you have a leak in the cockpit.  Pull the carpet back and look
for missing paint!

All this talk about brake fluid prompts the question of diminishing
clutch fluid.  One morning the clutch is totally lacking pressure.
Removal of reservoir cap showed it apparently empty.  Topped up, and
pumping the clutch pedal brought the pressure back and its OK again.
Two weeks later, the same again.  No obvious leaks underneath.  Any
ideas for the [mechanically challenged] please?  I mean, apart from
taking it to my friendly (and now rich) mechanic?  And what about the
inadvertent addition of synthetic fluid where the system perhaps
contains silicone fluid?
