I agree with Cullen.  The one I made works fine except for the darn wheels 
wearing out.  We used it to pull motors about 4 times.   Steel caster wheels 
would be better.  Industrila supplies are cheap in Houston.  I guess that's 
the price you pay for living in a year round paradise.
