Tim,

Kent is a night owl. He likes to start work at 10 or 11 PM and work through 
the night. Your best bet is to call him late. I talked to him recently (he 
called me) and he told me about the recent improvements he has made in the 
hood. I think you will be pleased with the results, when you finally get 
one. Maybe if you sent him a check for, say $100, it will motivate him to 
give your order a high priority. Kent is honest and does good work, so I 
don't think this move would be a risk.
