I can't blame you for being pi_ _ _ _ off. Also, I can't blame you for
wanting to take a trip to see the guy. I'll briefly relate what recently
happened in a similar event. A young guy here in Vermont never sent a CB
radio to a trucker who paid for it from another state. The trucker (I would
guess a guy in his 40's) made numerous threats and threatened to go out
there. He told a bunch of buddies in chat rooms he had been screwed and
wanted revenge. They urged him on. His choice of revenge was in the form of
a pipe bomb sent UPS. He got his guy (dead as hell) and messed up the guy's
mother quite a bit. They tracked down the trucker through UPS and chat room
stuff. He got 40 to life. Recently tried an escape and got caught the next
day.
I guess the moral is: be pissed, but don't do anything foolish. It
wouldn't hurt if someone close knew the guy. I've seen results when 4 or 5
good sized guys show up at the door. Helps a lot if the screwer isn't too
big or rough. Of course there is a risk. If he's small, he might decide he
needs his buddies Smith and Wesson to help. Good luck, but don't do anything
