Hi all,
After all the talk on the list about fulcrum pins breaking, I am having some
machined in Zimbabwe out of EN24 steel. They are being made by a friend who
specialises in machining Caterpillar parts. Due to the crazy exchange rate
right now they are costing me Zim$6,000 each (US$20 each.) If anyone else
is interested, I can try to get a bunch made which might reduce the price. I
could send them to one person in the US to distribute.
These guys have already machined my flywheel (decided on 25 lbs, thanks for
the input Steve, Tom, Bob and Brian) and they have also machine my front
ventilated disks (more news on that later.) They do good work.
