3 pt belts

I just got 3pt seat belts from one of the usual suspects.  Any help from the
list as to where the shoulder mount is?  I'm sure it's been covered, but
unfortunately haven't been able to get to the list archives in quite a
while.

Also, I'll give my old belts to the first lister who asks.  They are in
excellent condition, bought from Rick about 4 years ago.  Original style but
not exact repro of original.
