The guy behind me at the state inspection a year back
had a Jeep CJ with all the off road doodads, including
those wire screen headlight guards. The inspector
stopped him before he entered the bay and told him that
he would have to reject the car if he brought it in with
those headlight guards on it. The guy was in a panic.
The Jeep looked like it never got dirty, and his
comments suggested he wasn't to familiar with screw
drivers....you know the type.
Anyway, those guards could be a problem in MA. Is this
true elsewhere?
