Robin,
The biggest problem I had was getting the plug out. I finally tapped it, put
a lager washer on the bolt and used the leverage from 2 screw drivers to pop
it out. I was worried about the depth of the plug. I went 1/4" but had
plenty more to go. It wasn't real bad. I just wish I knew if it's working
right. Hope it helps.

Hi Anthony,

I need to rebuild my booster also. The cat smokes heavily at a full stop
after hard braking...don't know what the spam can drivers think when a
smoking car tears away from a light.

Was there anything difficult about the rebuild and did it require any
special tools. A lot of talk has been around about the boosters lately and
some of it has delayed jumping into the project. Thanks Robin Young
