Like I said, I don;t think there was any definite
cutoff when the bottles changed from embossed
to painted.  I'm sure the 'use until exhausted rule
applied' and if the supplier delivered painted
bottles, that's what went on the cars until the
next box arrived.  About the only sure thing
is the shorter and fatter bottles used on some
of the MK II's.
