Not to take the fame from the other Dave Johnson
but the Jeep mail truck tip wasn't mine. But I
do understand that while the mail truck uses a
Dana 44, it uses coarse spine rear axles of
different length that the Tiger. But the gizzards
are the same. All that's involved is pulling the
axles out of your Tiger (A simple easy to process
as others on the list have opined) and replacing
with a coarse spine axle.
Best look for a MK II Jaguar Sedan. Its
Dana 44 uses fine spine axles and might even be a
positraction.
