Actually Les save up those transferable flier miles. As I understand it
there has to be THREE inspectors present for a certificate to be issued.
Well, maybe you will get lucky and sell it to a TAC inspector who will take
his chances (LOL).

They probably have SAC, MAC, CHAC, or GTOAC. Imagine that, thousand instead
of hundreds debating the value of the service via the internet. Think of the
