I purchased a Scalectrix race set for my son, Jay, when he was a kid -
complete with grandstands! They still make them, and his original came
with an Alpine, Mercedes 180 SL, TR4, and other era cars. Do not know
scale, but they are on toy store web sites and eBay, although NOT
cheap. Can't tell much difference (except for fins) between Tiger and
Alpine at that scale, and easily cosmetically modified if you want.
Check web, Google, eBay. Contact for Jay, who runs it with HIS son,
having recently sold his other son for the new car. :-)
