Joey, of all the critical component systems in the car the brakes should be 
completely revitalized before even taking a short around the block test drive. 
Brakes should not be economized. So check and replace or refurbish all brake 
components. Like someone else said (Theo maybe) they are cheaper than bodywork 
and hospital bills.
