Jim,

You have a mighty fine list of sources for BSF threads from the list,
but if this is for your
Tiger, it is overkill. There are only 4 BSF bolts on the entire Tiger,
and they are for the seat
base mounts, where 1/4-26 BSF was used. Unless, of course, a P.O. gave
up trying to find
one and retapped it.

GB had written of their unique standards, such as Whitworth and BSF,
and all
threads match the US standards, with the exception of these 4.

Reference: I would have used our complete Tiger Rootes Parts List,
http://www.tigersunited.com/resources/parts_rs260/FactParts.asp ,
except these are Tiger specific parts beyond the Sunbeam List, and
these bolts were used on the Alpine, so exist in the main volume.

However, KIRT JENSEN made an amazing list of all the Bolts used on the
Tiger, and we published
it on http://www.tigersunited.com/techtips/KJensenBolts/rt-KJensenBolts2.asp
