This datasheet on the (presumably older) 75W-90 without the "LS" prefix,
again explicitly states that this gear oil is suitable for limited-slip
applications. I would bet that the LS designation that they've recently
added was done specifically to dispell FUD (fear, uncertainty, doubt)
judgments about using synthetic lubricants in limited-slip differentials.
