I got an answer from Jerry Porsch. Here is what he had to say about it:
"Yes that was me racing at speedworld, been to that track a couple of times.
Car Craft did a photo shoot one night at one of there street race nights and
my buddy with a 65 must. was in the center fold and there was a picture of
my car in the staging lanes. The video was taken at the PSCA race and the
car ran a 10:14 on street tires then on sunday we put the slicks on and the
car went the 9:87. The new motor should be here next week, this combo should
make the car run deep into the 9's with the new set up. Put my motor and
trans into another Tiger and the owner is really happy with the new found
power. "
