We don't know where you checked the TigersUnited.com site, but ALL the 
Rootes and Ford part
Numbers are located in the Fast Tabs "See Rootes Resources", first 
column, at bottom of ANY page.
"Rootes Parts List".

this has the entire 87 page 2.2 Mb book, or just the applicable chapter 
"AF" (Engine (Motor), and perhaps
"GF" (Gearbox) seals.  It wouldn't hurt to check out the rear axle seals 
"NF" as well.

These are in .pdf format, and a free reader (if you don't have one) is 
on the main page, too.

FORD part numbers are in this Rootes Dealer parts department reference book.
