Lat 5 weld on bars

Instead of the Lat 5 bars, try adding a half length leaf from the forward
mounting eye to the axel on both sides.  I bought a set of Dale Andre.....ski
rear springs last winter and that is what he adds to his leaf springs.  The
extra half leaf spring prevents axel rotation which is what causes the hopping
axel.  Plus, you eliminate the geometric arc of contention between the weld-on
bar and axel.  No welding / repaint either as a bonus.
