Do you know exactly where it's leaking oil from? If the boots are torn
then it's a straightforward fix. The rack on my Tiger was damaged
because the crank pulley stuck out too far, and the pulley would buzz
the rack whenever the engine shifted forward. I removed the rack and
soldered a patch over the hole in the tube, then put new boots on. I got
the boots from Sunbeam Specialties. Classic Sunbeam may also have the
boots.
