Mark I cleaned and adjusted mine myself. The hardest part was getting the movement out of the case. Spray the movement with carb cleaner and let it dry. Using a toothpick or a needle put one drop of oil , like 3 in 1, on the shafts of only what moves. Too much oil will collect dust and cause it to stop working over time.
