Go to TigersUnited and read my Tech Tip on making your own front shocks.

Easy to do with a simple vise and a Tee Pipe fitting.

Ron,

Thanks for the advice. Bill at CAT says they no longer have the Edelbrock
shock and the company is not making them unless they receive an order for 50
sets or more. I have a note into Edelbrock asking if there are any remaining
sets to be had which seems unlikely.

The opinions I received seem to be evenly split between the Konis and the
Edelbrock. What did the Edelbrocks sell for when they were around?

CAT arranged with Edelbrock to make their IAS type shocks of the
Tiger. You need to be CAT member to buy from CAT and I have no idea at this
time if they have any in stock. You should be able to check on CAT web
site or Edelbrock's. I have a set on my Tiger and I have no complaints.

Rear 34880

Sunbeam Specialties carries stock and Koni shocks.

Listers,

Just got the front end back and it looks great.

Apparently I am now required to install shock absorbers which is not in my
field of expertise. I am not racing, autocrossing or leaping canyons for
that matter. It is a stock car with 7/8" sway bar.

I hear the Koni's are good but am looking for further input from the the
collected wisdom of the List.

Regards,

Tim
