It depends on what you want to do with your Tiger. If you are OK with
using current replacement or performance parts, then your local speed
shop should be able to provide everything you need. Ask for parts that
fit the Fairlane, although in most cases Mustang and Falcon gear should
fit as well (noting that the 289 hipo fitted to some Mustangs and
Falcons would likely have had different plugs, as well as being equipped
with the dual-point performance distributor).
The big interchangeability break with Ford smallblocks occurred in 1979
when they introduced the 5.0. Otherwise most components designed for the
221/260/289/302 will at least bolt on. The 255 V8 offered in the early
80's is NOT in that group.

If you're concerned about maintaining period correct appearance then you
should look at the vintage Mustang/Fairlane/Falcon supply places. Again,
the Fairlane stuff is apparently closest to what was fitted to the 260
Tigers, but coils, cap/rotor and plugs should be interchangeable among
any of those applications, assuming the 260 in OEM state of tune.
