[Tigers] Hard Top hoist

I started with a Thule Rack gutter clamp bar,  will attach to yhe top easily
without scratching or coming off,  put two eye bolts in it and installed
pulleys in the structural part of the ceiling and raise it easily and tie it
off to cleats on the wall,  Clyde
