[Tigers] Shift Knob

I took a short piece of band iron about 1 1/2" wide, cut a "U" shape  
out of one end, drilled two holes the appropriate distance apart and  
had a friendly tech ed teacher braze in two short pieces of drill rod  
into the holes. Worked like a charm but never went into production  
for this special tool for tightening the chrome lower ring.
