The other stat they didn't mention is the increase in rapes, assaults, 
robbery and property crime, etc. What the stat doesn't take into account is the 
overall reduction in crime overall when the criminals know they might be 
confronted by an armed citizen...the private ownership of firearms is a 
deterrent to 
all crimes.
