Yes it is a braided strand strap. However I forget exactly where
it attaches. Seems to me it was underneath on the passenger side.
bellhousing to body?

Okay guys,

I've been fooling around with Tigers now for thirty years and I've either
forgotten an important tidbit of info or I never knew if for sure to begin
with. Where exactly does the ground strap that grounds the engine to the
chassis go on a Tiger Mk1A? Isn't it supposed to be a flat braided strap
rather than a battery cable-looking wire? I've got a weird electrical issue
and I'm wanting to eliminate that first. Can anybody help an old man who's
losing his mind???

See you all at SUNI this summer,
