Sorry you didn't get to the grid Sunday. The battle betweenn John Dale the
Cobra and the white mustang was fun on Saturday. Did you get a concrete answer
for how the accident happened ?Was it the gold shelby mustang ?

Several people have posted a bunch of pictures from last weekend's Coronado
race on the CAT Forum website at

On Sunday, Dale drove a great race and finished 2nd overall. Tom finished
around 6th, about 15 seconds behind Dale after 15 laps. We kept our Tiger in
the pits, having rearranged the sheet metal around the headlights during
Saturday's Qualifying Race.(Had we run, our speeds probably would have put us
between Dale and Tom.)
After the Sunday race we moved from the runways to the gangway to the Hanger
Deck of the LHA Makin Island for awards and speeches. Steve and Jane Alcala's
Sebring Alpine was singled out as one of the more spectacular cars at the
event. (Congrats Steve & Jane!)
