Bob,
Did you replace the brake hoses at the calipers when you did your
rebuild? I've had deteriorated hoses keep the fluid from returning to
the master cylinder properly. Just a thought.

I rebuilt the brakes, master cylinder and booster,  put about 5000 miles
on them with no problems. Now the left front is not releasing completely
so cleaned the contact points of the pad and nothing changed. I switched
the front pads and now both are not releasing completely. Thinking that
the booster was keeping pressure on the system I opened the bleeder to
release the pressure and there was no change; Any Ideas?
