I have an answer to this comment. I discovered the new Tiger. The Chrysler
crossfire SRT6 roadster. It is a Chrysler two seater with not a Ford but a
Mercedes engine. Not 4.3 liter but 3.2. However it has a supercharger and
delivers 346 hp. electronically limited to 156 MPH. Plus it handles and brakes
like a dream. And like my Tiger nobody puts a wrench on it but me. The BEAT

tiger. It also has an Alpine...The NA version.

I agree with your comments on not driving the cars. But I think if you go
through the emails on air cleaners you would find that almost all of them
were comments made with "tongue in cheek".

So, I guess the level of response to this thread bothers me a bit because
there was a day when that was the last thing we had to think about. The
only
type of question that might garner that many responses would be something
like "how can I get more HP from my 260 without spending an arm and a leg?"
I certainly don't mean to offend those who have taken the time to reply to
the
thread. I just guess I miss the "old days" when the emphasis was on
driving
and "hopping up" Tigers and less on the value of the cars and their parts.
