[TR] stator tube

Thanks guys, for the feedback on my stator tube problem.  It's obvious now
that the tube is broken and the  control head still spins freely so I'll be
ordering a new one from Mark and I'll just continue cancelling the turn
signals manually until the it arrives, (like I've been doing for the past 20+
years) .
