The rods go through the loop things across the headliner,
then they go in holes on the inside edge of the top. From
there I used binder clips  (the black springy things that
hold wads of paper together) and, with the headliner more or
less centered, started clipping it to the vertical edges
inside the top. Once you get it where you want it, start
tugging and pulling to get it tight and the wrinkles out. I
used 3M spray adhesive to glue it. Removed clips, sprayed,
put liner back and reclipped. You will probably have to make
some minor cuts along the hidden material portion to allow
it to round corners.
