Hugh---Thanks for the 'heads up' on this proposal.  I was not able to
download the fine print on either bill, but the mere fact that "they"
are trying to tinker with our classics was enough for me to fire off a
letter to my Rep. in the 38th District.

While I've been able to pass the strict Ca. emissions test in the past,
I was certainly not something I looked forward to.  Let's hope this smog
testing of 'old cars' is not reborn. We've paid our dues.
