Wheel Advice

I'm looking for advice on purchasing new wheels and tires for my TR250. I've
pretty much decided that I'm not going back to wire wheels and that I think
that I'm going to look at some newer designs. What I need to know is what the
pertinent information I need before buying wheels and tires? Can I put bolt
on wheels on a 250? I don't really know what I'm getting into so I would
appreciate any suggestions and or insights.
