Jay---If you have a strobe light, you might find out something by
bringing the rpm up 'by hand' and watching to see if the misfire occurs
at the same time the light DOESN'T blink.  Move the pickup to each
individual plug wire to test all cylinders. 

If it's fuel related the light will continue to blink, no matter the
station. If it's electrical, you might find it's one particular cylinder
(wire, plug,) or under the cap.

As a general rule, fuel related problems don't go away as rpm's
increase, unless excess fuel was choking a group of cylinders and clears
out thru high speed.
